My name is Adam Lenker, and I will be a senior at Messiah University during the 2021-2022 school semester. Currently, I am studying cybersecurity at Messiah in order to obtain a bachelor’s degree in the field. Some of my hobbies and interests include working on web development projects and playing video games (as well as coding a few games), and I have worked with companies such as NIST and Veteran Affairs on web development and computer science projects throughout my time as a college student. I am also planning on going to graduate school to continue my studies after I finish my undergraduate studies, which I believe will help me out a lot to help me gain a job in the field of cybersecurity and computer science.
A few fun facts:

• I have a dog named Pablo (his breed is a cockapoo).
• I am a triplet.
• I have Puerto Rican heritage.
• I met Vint Cerf (one of the fathers of the Internet) at an event during my time at a summer internship at NIST and got to speak with him about the project I was working on while there.
• I began a robotics project last spring semester at Messiah that I hope to continue working on during the upcoming school year.
• I once attended the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade in person.
